Take a Stand: Three Steps to Combat Bullying and Harassment

Just a thought about those people who say or do things to undermine, bully or discriminate against others.

As this is #pride season the discrimination could be linked to prejudice against #lgbtq people. Equally the trigger could be #race or #gender or the space where these and other issues intersect.

Whatever the reason, having a negative opinion about someone doesn’t give anyone the right to harass them in the classroom, make the day miserable at work, or stir things up in social spaces.

If you can, use the rule of three to take control.
